• AUGUST 15:       Servant Evangelism Day
• 1.        Need about 7 cooks for the breakfast meal need to report at 7am
• 2.       Also Pastor Bill wants to continue and finish our yard work … SO WE NEED ANOTHER 30 GUYS TO STEP UP THAT DAY.
• I know that most will be already involved with other projects, BUT those not committed, can now have a project!!!

• AUGUST 16:       Mission Fair
• 1.       Work our plan for our table.
• 2.       COOK another meal of hotdogs and hamburgers.  SO WE NEED 5 MEN TO STEP UP AND COMMITT TO COOK.

  All team leaders are encouraged to attend as we have alot to go over.

 

• Reports from team leaders … be ready to make your report

• Develop a successful/active event notification program (we still had men saying, “ I did not know about…”, e had just 30m men last Saturday.

• Start the program planning for our “Manly Grill in the Field” program scheduled for Nov 14^th.

• Plan for the Mission Fair

• Military Event on 11 November (that is veterans day)

• Disaster Relief plans

• Kingdom Builders plans

• And I am sure more … please bring with you your CD – 4 Pillars.
